PHOTO WALK: Rediscovering the Barbican
20 March @ 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

A lot of us have taken our cameras to the Barbican before – but there is a hidden gem in revisiting a place many times. The weather and light is always different, the chance moments and encounters can never be anticipated. There are always new angles and approaches to discover. Revisiting forces one to think harder and go a bit deeper.
CONCRETE!
The Barbican is the perfect place to connect architecural lines with people, looking at the contrast between hard and soft – quite literally. Contrast is what gives an image energy, the push and pull between two competing forces. Will the concrete win?
We will of course have fun too and go for a well deserved drink afterwards.
WHO IS IT FOR?
All levels welcome, and I’m on hand to offer tips and advice. This is not a beginner lesson though, so it’s best if you know how to use your camera for this one. Or use your phone instead!
